Toho releases bombastic new GODZILLA RESURGENCE trailer.
As every serious Kaiju fan knows, Toho Studios are on the verge of releasing SHIN GOJIRA or, as it’s known in English, GODZILLA RESURGENCE, on July 29th in Japan.
SHIN GOJIRA is Japans Toho Studios reboot of their original GOJIRA/GODZILLA franchise. Toho maintains the rights to create Japanese GODZILLA films, while Legendary Pictures has locked up the rights to make American GODZILLA films.
Today Toho released the official trailer for the film today and its downright operatic!
There’s even a scene where the man-in-a-suit ‘Zilla holds his open palm up in a prolonged and profound emotional state, like he’s about to belt out an aria! Yow!
