New teaser poster revealed for THE WITCH.
The not-so-secret society of horror fanatics have been buzzing about first-time director Robert Eggers’ award winning creeper THE WITCH since it first scorched Sundance earlier this year and then, continued its reign of madness at the Toronto International Film Festival in September.
SHOCK’s former editor Sam Zimmerman called it a “stunning, flame-licked film” which is the perfect appraisal of this dark, folk-terror tale of paranoia, paganism and the supernatural.
We just got our mitts on the latest teaser poster for the film, which will be released sometime in 2016 via A24. Have a look. Always awesome to see scary ravens in horror films, too…
