Previously Scouts vs. Zombies, Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse arrives this October with not simply the undead, but ghoulish cats as well.
Directed by Christopher Landon (Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones), and starring Tye Sheridan, Halston Sage and Patrick Shchwarzenegger, Scouts Guide could be a kids vs. creatures party. Its first clip is a silly number, with several zombie felines besieging the leads. Though just a tease, I’ll say it’s somewhere between the heights of The Legend of Hell House‘s Pamela Franklin attack and Let the Right One In‘s unfortunate feline sequence.
In the film, “Three Scouts and lifelong friends join forces with one bad-ass cocktail waitress to become the worlds most unlikely team of heroes. When their peaceful town is ravaged by a zombie invasion, theyll fight for the badge of a lifetime and put their scouting skills to the test to save mankind from the undead.”
