Announcing the Finalists in the Fantasia Tentsquare Bumper Challenge!

In anticipation of Montreal’s Fantasia International Film Festival, Shock teamed with Fantasia and Tentsquare for a Bumper Challenge, judged by Fantasia’s Mitch Davis, author Kier-La Janisse, director Lucky McKee, myself and producer Andrew van den Houten. Filmmakers would craft cat-centric 30 second bumpers during the submission process, 10 finalists would go on to have their work play prior to features at the storied genre festival, and one winner will receive the same, as well as two nights accommodation at Fantasia and and a Go Puck 5x Wearable Power. The submissions were short, sweet, imaginative little things that range from adorable cat interaction to full on feline giallo. Below, find the ten finalists in the Fantasia Bumper Challenge, and expect a winner announcement this Monday.
