American Horror Story is something like a troupe. Each season, creators Ryan Murphy & Brad Falchuk lay a setting and atmosphere for their growing roster of returning actors to play in. No surprise then that relative newcomers quickly make the jump to regulars, like Freak Shows Finn Wittrock, who essayed the mad, handsome Tumblr breakout Dandy.
As per usual, Murphy announced the new addition to the upcoming American Horror Story: Hotel via Twitter with a small tease. Finn Wittrock is checking into HOTEL. Who will Gaga choose — Finn or Matt Bomer? Wittrock will of course be co-starring in the series fifth season with Lady Gaga. Bomer (who appeared briefly in Freak Show) returns, as does Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters. Also new to the series: New Girls Max Greenfield.
No word on plot specifics just yet, though its likely well hear more at the approaching San Diego Comic-Con this July.
