Directed by Jordan Barker (The Marsh, My Brother’s Keeper), and co-starring Robin Dunne and Stephen McHattie, the film concerns newlyweds Cory and Sarah Morgan take Cory’s 7-year old son Liam up to the country to their remote cabin for a quiet getaway and some much needed family time.
When it appears as if Liam has run away, psychological suspense becomes straight-out horror, as Sarah and Cory must now undergo a life-or-death struggle with a sadistic cult-like family who have taken Liam for themselves. The underlying theme of the film is family and the lengths we will go to protect those we love from harm and torment.
