The two collaborated on the Halloween-themed horror anthology Trick ‘r Treat. They even have a sequel to that film in the works. Krampus will tell of the Christmas-themed demon that has gained popularity over the years. No plot details have been revealed nor is there any word as to which film will come first: Krampus or Trick ‘r Treat 2. We’ll keep you posted, of course.
The bigger question is – whose Krampus film will hit theaters first? Kevin Smith is at work on Anti-Claus and there are a handful of independent productions based on Krampus floating around out there.
