That being said, we have one more DLC drop on the way so rest assured, there is life left in the current version of the game.
The final DLC entitled “Grounded” offers four new maps, plus new guns and survival skills. In addition, you will also be getting a fully automatic weapon for use in multiplayer.
However, the best addition of Grounded (for single players anyway), is the addition of the Grounded Mode itself. Being sold as “one of the toughest challenges the game has to offer”, they have my attention, though they aren’t releasing any other details yet. The new DLC won’t be available for a few weeks still but you can get a preview when Naughty Dog does its first ever Livestream on Thursday, April 24th at 12:00 pm on The Naughty Dog Channel.
