It looks like Cabin Fever: Patient Zero – the third film in the series – is going to get released in every territory around the world before it hits the U.S. A UK trailer has hit the web in anticipation of the film's Blu-ray debut across the pond on March 17th.
Kaare Andrews of Altitude and The ABCs of Death is directing; Lydia Hearst, Sean Astin, Brano Eaton, Ryan Donowho and Mitch Ryan star.
