The Day was one of the most buzzed-about films at the 2011 Toronto International Film Festivals Midnight Madness section. The film stars a stunning cast that includes Shawn Ashmore (The X-Men trilogy), Dominic Monaghan (Lost, The Lord of the Rings), Shannyn Sossamon (40 Days and 40 Nights) and Ashley Bell (The Last Exorcism).
