An “upscale” Facebook thriller
Black Swan co-writer and co-producer Mark Heyman is at work on XOXO.
It’s the latest thriller is described by the Times as an “upscale thriller” – meaning, like Swan, it’s a glossy genre flick. “XOXO tells of a twentysomething man who meets a female contemporary on Facebook and begins a digital relationship with her, only to find the object of his affections take the relationship to an obsessed and stalker-y place. Think “Fatal Attraction” (but with Facebook),” says the Times.
Darren Aronofsky will co-produce. The project is circulating through Hollywood seeking a home.
