Spanish filmmaker Sergi Vizcaino is in pre-production on Paranormal Xperience 3D (also known as Scars).
Amaia Salamanca, Ursula Corbero, Alba Riba, Oscar Sinela, Luis Fernandez and Maxi Iglesias are set to star; the thriller is written by newcomer Dani Padro.
Shooting commences this May in Barcelona and, according to Screen Daily, Padro’s plot focuses on a group of youngsters in an abandoned town who are hunted by a mad doctor.
I’m sure, somewhere in that story, something “paranormal” is involved.
Vizcaino’s background includes a number of shorts and some television work.
