English-language pic from director of Julia’s Eyes
No, not Venom from Spider-Man lore… And no, it’s not a redo of 2005’s Venom.
Guillem Morales has signed up for a new horror film called Venom to be produced by Rodar y Rodar, the same production outfit behind Morales’ Julia’s Eyes.
Morales will be working with a $17 million budget and will work with a story that’s set on a remote island where a pharmaceutical company experiments with snake venom to treat serious illnesses. All is going well, until an accident occurs.
Shooting begins in 2012.
