Mountains of Madness versus….?
While rumors fly about the web today regarding the start date for At the Mountains of Madness – the Guillermo del Toro-directed, James Cameron-produced adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft’s tale that has no start date – Deadline reports another film is vying for Del Toro’s attention.
That project would be Pacific Rim, by writer Travis Beacham.
Legendary picked up the project last year and it could be ready to roll before At the Mountains of Madness does. The film concerns giant monsters that rise to attack Earth.
