Turning from possessions to zombies
Manuello Carballo is returning to Filmax International to direct The Returned.
Spanish horror staple Julio Fernandez will produce alongside Sandra Fernandez. Hatem Khraiche scripted the film; he also has a thriller entitled Bunker in the works.
Carballo previously directed Exorcismus for Filmax. No casting details yet, but we have a synopsis below.
Kate works at the hospital in the Return Unit, helping those who have been infected by the virus that turns people into zombies. Kateâs own husband, Jack, has been returned.
