Showtime taps Hall and team for more episodes
Of course, the headline is laden with sarcasm.
Dexter‘s a hot show on Showtime. It’s ratings are great. And, Michael C. Hall and company are set to reprise their roles for a 12-episode sixth season.
Variety says last Sunday’s episode was the second most-watched entry in the series. Also, if a seventh series is called for, Showtime will have to consider the costs: Everyone is expected to get a pay upgrade.
With that said, will the sixth season be the last?
