Alice brings the fight to the Umbrella Corp.
Here’s the second trailer for Resident Evil: Afterlife which Sony has passed along in hi-res.
A brief aside, at the start of the trailer, Milla Jovovich’s Alice says the start of the zombie outbreak began “five years ago.” Wait. Five? The timeline of this series is getting a bit screwy, because Resident Evil: Extinction was set eight years after Resident Evil: Apocalypse. It was the only way to make the environmental damage caused by the T-virus plausible. At least, that’s what Jovovich and other crew members told us when we were on the Mexico set of Extinction.
Oh well, enjoy the action and look for the next film in theaters on September 10.
