Dowdle calls in a friend
John Dowdle, director of the M. Night Shyamalan-produced Devil, has enlisted Rob Hall and his Almost Human Studios to handle FX on the horror film.
Hall previously worked with Dowdle on Quarantine. He’s fresh off of The Crazies remake and the upcoming series Fear Clinic which he directed for FearNET.
The FX vet won’t divulge plot details, but he says it’s one of the best scripts he has read. Shooting on Devil begins next week under Shyamalan’s Night Chronicles banner.
