Psycho Purges Trespassers in Comedown

Kidulthood director helm UK horror film

Serotonin Films is in pre-production on the UK horror film Comedown.

Written by Steven Kendell and directed by Menhaj Huda (pictured; of the drama Kidulthood), the film is set against a gritty, contemporary London backdrop. Focus falls on six tearaway teenagers setting up a relay aerial for a local pirate radio station at the top of a condemned tower block. They are targeted by a resident psychopath intent on exterminating the “vermin” he perceives are besieging his home.

Leading the cast is Red Mist‘s Martin Compston followed by Dead Set‘s Adam Deacon, Red Madrell and Duane Henry.

Gareth Wiley (Woody Allen’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Dominic Morris are producing.
