Mutant bugs run amok
Just last week we were talking with Chris Marquette of Fanboys about his latest picture Infestation, directed by Kyle Rankin. We queried why post-production was taking so long…and now we have an answer.
This puppy is definitely FX-heavy as evident in the trailer which popped up online this morning.
The tone is more Eight Legged Freaks than expected but it looks like it could be some fun. You’ve got Marquette playing a slacker who wakes up and finds his city is overrun by alien bugs, hilarity ensues with Ray Wise (Jeepers Creepers 2) and company battling their way through insect-infested streets.
Still no distribution or release date news yet…
