Hi-res look at the changes
MGM Home Entertainment sent over re-tooled DVD art for its September 23rd release Pathology. It appears sexy women getting skewered in the armpit by a scalpel was deemed too explicit (see the original art here), so now the actors dominate the revised cover (below).
