Anchor Bay sets a release date
The 2008 Slamdance entry that reinvigorated our love for copious amounts of practical monster FX, Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer (review), finally shoulders its way into the U.S. via Anchor Bay Entertainment. A limited theatrical release is planned for August 1st and today we’ve received AB’s official one-sheet (view it) and trailer which you can now watch below.
Brooks, directed by Jon Knautz, stars Trevor Matthews and Robert Englund in a story of a plumber who learns his higher purpose: Kickin’ monster ass.
