Cops, gangland thugs and zombies!
Smash together the clever set-up of Die Hard and Rec and you may just have The Horde (La Horde), a French horror-actioner executive produced by Xavier Gens (Frontiere(s)). Pre-production has begun under the direction of Yannick Dahan and Benjamin Rocher.
In their travels to the Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival, the Twitch Film team caught up to Gens for an explanation of what Horde is all about. And rather than explain it to you ourselves, just watch the video below and see the pure deviant pleasure that washes over Gens’ face when he’s done providing the story’s plot.
The Horde is expected in theaters next year. Consider us very excited.
