Looks like it was legit after all…
After being informed it was a bunch of bunk, it turns out the teaser trailer for Resident Evil: Degeneration was the real deal. You can now find it via this link.
Days after leaking online, YouTube users posted the trailer like crazy. We didn’t know for sure if it was official until we picked up a copy of Resident Evil: Extinction (yes, we bought one) and found the preview among the disc’s special features. So there you have it.
“Degeneration” is Sony and Capcom’s first all-CGI feature film set in the “RE” universe. It’s expected to arrive later this year.
