“How ’bout a shave?”
When Warner Bros.’ presented the trailer for Tim Burton’s Sweeney Todd recently, we were a bit shocked to see a uniform reaction sweeping various message boards: “Wait, there’s SINGING in this this? Well, yeeeeah, it’s a musical! Nevertheless, it’s going to be one to watch. Laden with Burton’s signature style and another promising performance from star Johnny Depp, this take is sure to raise a few eyebrows…and give gorehounds something to swim in (the blood supposedly runs thick) – as the final shot of a new international trailer (see below) promises.
