Lovecraft adaptation closer than we thought
Post-Hellboy 2 it appears director Guillermo del Toro may be helming his long-awaited At the Mountains of Madness adaptation.
According to Latino Review, relaying word from an “anonymous source,” Del Toro is partnering with Universal Pictures on the H.P. Lovecraft film. Susan Montford and Don Murphy of Angry Films will produce.
“Madness” concerns a team of explorers who discover unfathomable creatures in the Arctic.
Confirmation is expected to arrive in the trades shortly.
