Cops vs. creepy crawlies
Networks still have an appetite for supernatural programming. This fall, Joel Silver’s “Moonlight” will premiere on CBS September 28th; the show follows a vampire private detective.
Far be it from NBC to miss out on the fun. The network is showing interest in an untitled series from John Stephens (“The OC”) that follows a police force that trackes vampires, ghouls, “criminal demons” and other things that go bump in the night.
But…but…is anyone getting a “G vs. E” vibe here? Maybe even the cult fave “PMAC: When Zombies Attack”?
NBC purchased the rights for an unspecified sum after other networks were reportedly interested.
