Honoring scary little people
Give McClane a breather, let the Transformers oil their gears and join the Los Angeles Grindhouse Film Festival as it pays tribute to schlock machine Boxoffice International Pictures at the New Beverly Cinema (7165 Beverly Blvd.).
This month’s double-feature: Frankenstein’s Castle of Freaks, released last year under Elvira’s Movie Macabre DVD line, and Vidal Raski’s The Sinful Dwarf (“A young bride…left alone to the lewd passions of an evil dwarf!”). No better way to spend a Tuesday night, we say.
