Karl Mueller’s spec script, Shelter, has been picked up by Mandate Pictures. His story is set in a bomb shelter post-nuclear holocaust and details the conflict that comes out of those awaiting a rescue. Drew Crevello will produce; he recently made headlines for attaching himself to Incident at Sans Asylum (see that story here).

Variety adds he’s producing a supernatural thriller from writer Thomas Thonson called 27 Times.
