Bad Night for Musicians in Asylum

New production from Ghost House & Vertigo

Incident at Sans Asylum looks to be the next Ghost House Pictures project. The Sam Raimi/Robert Tapert production company is pairing up with Roy Lee’s Vertigo (the two knocked out both American “Grudge” films) to produce the film which may start rolling later this summer.

Written by S. Craig Zahler, the film is the story of some “aspiring musicians” who are serving as cooks in a looney bin. On a dark and stormy night they find themselves trapped with the inmates.

Ghost House and Vertigo have locked Spanish director Daniel Calparsoro. He helmed 2005’s thriller Ausentes (aka The Absent), a thriller about a family who moves to an isolated estate and the head games that ensue.
