Objective Has a Ball

Lennon star takes lead in Myrick’s latest

Actor Jonas Ball is off to Morocco where he’s set to star in The Objective – a film we were the first to tell you about here – for director Daniel Myrick (Believers, The Blair Witch Project).

Ball will play the film’s leading man, says Variety, and although the trade doesn’t expand on that detail we can presume, based on what Myrick told us, that Ball will play Objective‘s main CIA Op who finds himself neck-deep all sorts of supernatural nastiness in Afghanistan.

The young actor, coincidentally, is poised to make a splash tonight at the Tribeca Film Festival tonight for his turn as Mark David Chapman in The Killing of John Lennon from director Andrew Piddington.
