Sure, I'll go.

During the war in Afghanistan a Soviet tank crew commanded by a tyrannical officer find themselves lost and in a struggle against a band of Mujahadeen guerrillas in the mountains.

Separated from their patrol after a vicious attack on an Afghani village, the T-62 tank engages in a deadly game of cat and mouse with the local mujahed, led by the Afghan Taj. The tyrannical and increasingly unstable tank commander pushes the moral boundaries of the tank driver to the limits, with almost dire consequences. Sensing a mutiny, the commander abandons the driver to die in the desert at the hand of the Afghans, only to find that he's sealed his own fate.

Here are some hints:

1. This movie was made during the early 80's

2. Some of the dance moves that you'd see in this movie consist of spinning around on either your head, or your back.

3. Some of the co-star of this film were featured in the 80's video "I Feel For You" by Chaka Khan.

Well, here's a hint, or 3

1. One of the co-stars of this movie will be in an upcoming movie with Ben Stiller.
2. The same co-star that I've mentioned was featured in an action movie with Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz, and Bernie Mac.
3. Another co-star of this movie played Carol Brady in both "Brady Bunch" movies.

when the man reveals to him

I think I worded that wrong. What I should've said was "when the man reveals the fact that the security guard has superhuman abilities". And here's are 3 hints that you can't miss:

1. In the movie, the fragile man is an avid comic-book collector.

2. One of the abilities that the security guard has is: invunerability!!!
