What an interesting sequel this was, my friends. I won't lie. There was A LOT that I liked. Danny Glover is hilarious as usual. The Predator does have some badass scenes. And, you can't go wrong with Gary Busey. However, the movie is a bit of a disappointing follow-up. Mostly the third act. There was some good ideas (the ending comes to mind), but it was so badly executed. :(

I think I'd be more afraid of Gary Busey than the Predators. That guy is completely insane.

Have you seen the special features on the DVD? Plenty of Busey insanity.

The only good thing about this movie was the "xenomorph" alien skull on the Predator spaceship.

I never actually saw the movie, but Busey insanity is always fun to watch. I mean, the guy was in The Gingerdead Man. He has really sunk.

Only? C'mon, Jimmy Bond. I agree the movie was a let-down, but here's some stuff that were good:


The opening scene with the gang shoot-out. So much un-intentional humor!
Danny Glover
Predator killing everyone at the penthouse. As well as the naked chick.
King Willie and his death. Again, some good un-intentional humor.
Gary Busey.

I actually liked the movie. Wasn't as good as the first one, though. I heard Arnold turned down the offer to reprise his role so he could make Kindergarten Cop instead. Anyways, the movie did have some badass scenes and the music was good in some parts. Funny in some parts too, like when the old woman was going to confront the Predator with the broom.

I really liked both as a kid, not watched them in a good 5 or so years but reckon i'd still enjoy them. I preferred one but still thought no.2 was really good, Glover is class and Bill Paxton does his Aliens routine :D

I completely agree, him and Nick Nolte need to be like constantly watched around Hollywood because these guys are just bizzare.


I really did like this movie, mostly because of Danny Glover and it always seems like he is on the edge of retirement when he gets thrown into these plots. Good movie.

I really liked Predator. A nice change of pace from your typical monster movies (and the slasher films of the '80s) as well as Ahnuld and Jesse Ventura.
