The Lion King on Imax. I never saw it in the theater at all and the moment I saw that opening scene I was pissed, also the stampede would've been super brilliant.

Hair, such a fun yet emotional film.

Let me think about it some more.

I'd like to see something like a Ziegfeld/Busby Berkeley musical made for modern day audiences.

First one I thought of was Les Mis as well. I saw it in London a few weeks back and loved it.

Yeah, Les Mis would have to be my choice as well. One of my favorites.

I would have to say none. Musicals are what keeps broadway alive and kicking. Hollywood should have no place on broadway and no right to steal musicals from it as well. But... and I say this vividly... But, if it has to be done, and most likely it will... I would like to see Wicked. I've seen recordings of it, I own and listen to the album all the time, and I think if done right, would make for a very well played movie.

I think, if done right, Jesus Christ Superstar and Godspell could be amazing.

Now what kind of silly thinking is this. That is like saying Hollywood has no business in making movies out of books or novels because they keep Authors and or Novelists alive and kicking. I would like them to remake some of the musicals of 20s or films that featured musical staged sequences. Like Valentino's 1921 "Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" and the silent musical "Don Juan" of 1926. Now if done right these could be worth making.
