I myself would go with Resurection. I liked it okay, but it was like Halloween in the Ghetto. I mean it had all these rappers in it and I do recall rap being present in the film. Plus a Kung Fu Busta Rhymes was laughable! There was little character development except with Laurie since her character was established over 3 films. I really loved the begining and then the rest is flawed but I did like the ending where he wakes up in the Mourge.

Yes I did like Halloween III and Halloween 5, even though those sequels get considered the worse in the series. I know why Halloween III does but come on it was a practical joke! The film makers made a plot about a practical joke and they wanted it to be a practical joke on their audience. Halloween 5, I don't know why that gets all the criticism it gets.

Resurection. No doubt about it. It has zero respect for the genre, fans, doesn't try to expand the mythology in any way and it's painfully trendy.

I have a soft spot for Season Of The Witch. Since it's basically a stand-alone movie and I really dig the weird concept of it. Not to mention the awesome trailer:

Halloween 3 Season of the Witch - it's not even a sequel. completely different story and the lamest of the bunch

Halloween III isnt so bad when you watch it its not related to the others at all. Thats why its a stand alone film.

I voted for Halloween: Resurrection. Now that was a piece of crap. You got busta rhymes doing kung fu moves on michael myers. Wtf. After the first part where michael finds Laurie in the Asylum, the rest of just crap on film. He was basically just going after kids because they were filming an internet show there. Horrible plot.

I somewhat agree. They should not have called Season of the Witch Halloween III or it would be considered a great horror movie. The only reason why people hate it is because it has Halloween III in the title. Resurection was a goofy mess. First have was good then it becomes Halloween in the Ghetto with all these rappers and rapper wanna bes and wasn't there a Janet Jackson song in the movie somewhere?!
