Any one of you know any upcoming movies like ARMAGEDDON or DEEP IMPACT or VOLCANO or DANTE'S PEAK?

Not exactly the first films that come to mind when I think of "Sci-Fi"s.

Bleh.

The world disaster movies seemed like a fad for a couple years. Several of them came out one right after the other, then just kinda stopped. I think they've gotten kinda old though. Of recent titles, "The Day After Tomorrow" was pretty bad, other than a couple visual effects.

I think once they came out with the sh**-stain movie known as "The Core" then all natural disaster/end-of-the-world movies just were complete nonsense from that point out IMO.
