Jedi - I guess both Obi Wan's do it for me
Vehicle - The Falcon.. it's cool on the outside and all rickety and cosy on the inside. That's the ship I'd have if I lived in star wars land.

Jedi - Obi-Wan definitely.
Sith - Vader, he's just classic. Maul comes in a close second.
Vehicle: Hmm.... either the TIE-Fighter or the TIE-Interceptor.
