Who do you find to be the funniest?

Han Solo is without a doubt the funniest, because unlike Jar Jar he's a serious, major character with plenty of depth, Ford delivers his lines almost perfectly and he's capable of getting a laugh. Jar Jar is used solely for comic relief and falls at every hurdle.
R2D2 I guess also deserves a mention as while he's pretty basic he is amusing.

Oooh... I forgot about that one. Yeah, probably one of best (certainly funniest) bits of dialogue in the saga. Harrison said he purposely didn't memorize his lines for that part because he wanted it to really look like he wasn't sure what to say.

Han's got the funniest lines. R2's got some of the funniest scenes (i.e., turning on the elevator in ROTS).
Gotta say I laughed pretty hard when Yoda knocked out those Royal Guards when he went to confront Sidious in ROTS.

I don't see the humour in that though....some people laughed in my theatre, but I didn't see why. He wasted those guards down.

Well, I guess humor can't be explained-- you either see it, or you don't. I thought it was kind of funny, watching these two imposing guards get taken out by an angry little frogman in a split second.

It's funny because Yoda's small and green. He waltzes past 2 presumably well trained armed guards, who as soon as they notice him, are like "what the..", but are taken out by a shrug of his shoulders. It's funny just because it is..
Though alot of people laughed when Yoda climbed up chewies back.. but that wasn't really funny.. that was just cute.

I couldn't vote just one. I LOVE Yoda in ESB. I love Threepio in the OT. I love Artoo all-round. And I don't just like Han, but I like the arguments between Han and Leia, that's what's funniest about either of them. No, I changed my mind. I vote Yoda, simply because every time I see ESB, I wind up rolling around on the floor.
