What's your favorite movie genre?

So, as you can see from the title I'm asking what you favorite movie genre is. Mine is:

Thriller/murder mystery. Because thrillers spook you and you get chilled to the bone. It's a creepy but amazing effect on a persons reaction to something. It's a special kind of thing that is hard to cause. That's why it's so amazing and so cool. Plus i love murder mysteries. I enjoy seeing people put the pieces to the puzzle and the mystery is so complicated. I just think that the whole feeling of these type of movies is great. I love it.

Oh, by the way, You have to write the reason that your favorite movie genre is your favorite genre.

I like all types of movies, but if I had to pick one it would be fantasy movies like LOTR and Harry Potter, etc. because I like films that take place in creative, imaginary places.

My very fave is Horror especially the supernatural. I'm a sucker for haunted house movies and anywhere you have to use your imagination.

Sci-Fi/Fantasy because I like movies that take place on other worlds, dimensions or the future and deal with people, places and things that aren't tecnologically possible, yet. Plus the movies can have interesting ideas and messages. This is the best that I can explain it.

I like the thriller type movies where they make you think, or when you try to figure out the bad guy. A bonus when they pull a 180 on you at the end.
