I'm thinking about renting this. I ment to go see it in the theater but never got around to it. How is it? Is it worth renting?

I think it's worth renting. I thought it was pretty good. It has some nice fights and action scenes

I'd rent it for the action but don't let the weak car chase at the beginnning fool you, it gets better after that.

I actually enjoyed it. The fight scenes were fun, and it was a fairly interesting story. Plus, Jason Statham is always great.

IMO would have been better if they hadn`t cut out so much action to recive PG-13 rateing and sticked with R rated version.

The action was great Jason Statham was a good actor, but I don't know if it was just me or did the rest of the cast just suck ass? I don't know if I want a sequel to it or not, i guess it could be good.

This movie has a few things going for it

1) Jason Statham
2) Really, really hot chinese chick
3) Not filmed in an American city (no offence guys, but I"m getting sick of that scenery. France was a nice change)
4) Statham actually seems tough and mean, unlike some actors (Keanu Reeves for one)
5) Statham's character is from a reputable and under used Special Forces (British SAS)
6) Fantastic openinng car chase and good solid action all the way through

Aside from the already mentioned cheesy love plot, this is a good rental, and a great buy for under 20 bucks.

I also like the changes in sceneory, maybe that is one of the reasons i liked the bourne supremacy so much.
