Does any one else think that Ron Perlman (hellboy) is a great actor he just doesn't do much work because he looks like he was beaten with an ugly stick?

Because this thread is kinda silly.
Perlman gets lots of work and the fanboys love him.Plus he just netted Hellboy which is now a franchise.
Plus he likes working behind makeup , I seen him in inteviews and he seems content with the roles he got.

Ask a mod to move it for you.

And also, if you would make a better title for your threads such as "Ron Perlman" or "That guy from Hellboy rules" you'd get more posts. "Actor" is a very vague title and people want to read what's interesting to them, so you need to be more specific.
Good luck and welcome, newbie.

That's funny how you brought that up. When I saw The Manchurian Candidate there was a couple behind us and at the regal theaters they have this thing called "The Twenty" which is a bunch of behind-the-scenes looks and previews for upcoming dvd's and tv shows. So when the previews came up for the Hellboy dvd and they showed a behind-the-scenes interview with Ron Pearlman the woman from the couple behind us says to her b/f "damn he don't need that much makeup he already look like a demon".

I hardly consider Hollywood's greatest actors attractive anyway, so this sentence is very untrue. (See Robert DeNiro, Anthony Hopkins, Ben Kingsley etc.)
