I downloaded it earlier... it has some footage from the TE at the beginning, namely Frodo in that "shelter" struggling while Sam is asleep, but most of it is just parts of the theatrical trailer. There are a few things not from the trailer, but they are all in the movie. It's a nice little trailer, but not necessarily worth sweating over if you haven't seen it.
