I spent the past hour or so working on a wallpaper for my favorite LOTR film: Fellowship of the Ring. Here it is (comments are welcome):

By "messed up" do you mean that some of the images are cropped?

I prefer it simple.
Like, just a picture of Frodo reading a book would be cool.

I like it... but i've to agree with Psy. Just a simple image can show how great is this triology (the book and the movies).
Just one more think, try to put images from the other two movies, with a key moments. ;) ;) But you did a good job!

It's an ok wallpaper. It is a little busy though. Not all the images seem to hold the same resolution. The black border around the center piece is alittle too thick, and there seems to be a stonger weight to the bottom right. Each image seems to hold a stronger hue. Try filtering the images to make the flow more simple. For example, the images with Aragorn, Galadriel, Frodo and Sam, and the Black Riders, seem to flow together more because the colors are more similar with a stronger blue hue to them. The same with the fellowship and the ring holding a stronger red/yellow hue to them. You don't need to have them all the same color, but slightly filter some of them and rearrange the pieces to form something that flows better and hold a better balance.
