The Exorsist

exorsist was a great classic! i loved it!

for those of you who havnt seen it its about a girl who gets the devil inside her and gets theropy from some people but who cares about that the cool part about it is the weird stair walking, new uses of a cross, lack of bladder control, and not to mention the green slime and a potty mouth from the bounds of hell itself.

the film was a big oscer winner and since the new exorsist is coming out im making a thread to talk about the original classic spew fest that is "the exorsist".

This is a masterpiece, no doubt about it.

A big Oscar winner? It only won for Adapted Screenplay and Best Sound.

I was gonna check this movie out. I'm a 14 year old who hasn't seen many of the classics and I heard this was scary as hell. Since no movie has ever been able to scare me I'm hoping this'll do the trick. (Especially after I wasted my time renting The SHining and finding out it was confusing and had no scares at all)

It's more disturbing than oughtright scary.Instead of jumping out of your seat,you'll just not sleep that night.AT ALL.

And to be a nitpicker,it wasn't the devil himself in Regan,it was a demon named Pazuzu.Just had to point that out.:wink:
