Wouldnt it be sweet if they continued the matrix. Man my dreams are getting to me. I absolutly loved all of them and i wish they would continue em.

If (and that's a very BIG if) they were to make a fourth, it would either be a prequel or a sequel, obviously. The prequel would take place before Neo was discovered and would probably focus on Trinity. The sequel would most likely revolve around Niobe and The Kid . . .

These are not my opinions, I remember reading these somewhere, could have been here for all I know . . .

And this probably should have gone in the Matrix Trilogy thread . . .

But droidguy, didn't they do the first Animatrix to try and explain some stuff (scorching of the skies, how Reloaded is set up, etc.)? What would be the need of a second one except to explain how Neo stopped the sentinals outside of the Matrix and a few other things?

Also to explain the rebuilding of Zion, and a further explanation of the peace that Neo won for the humans. All the little stuff that is not important, but is nice to have.

I agree completely. Another movie would be soley for money (which they have enough of). Instead of making another Matrix why don't they concentrate on making a new original movie.

the only way i would watch is if smith was not in it, i love smith but they need something new. i think seraph is an amazing character, they shouls have him be one of the main characters. i would be alright with neo being back, if they did it right. i want to see more about charcters who are in the matrix and are not aware of whats going on.

It wasnt needed anymore.

The admins did a big change around when the Franchise went into there own forum instead of tham all being on the main board.

There were about 2 theads active, the series was over, it wasnt really being discussed so it was closed.

The Trilogy thread was started up, then 2 others were made...I dont know why it cant all be discussed in the main thread.

Obviosuly if there are this many threads then its own forum wouldn't be such a bad idea. LOL, jk, the forum was kinda dieing, but not because of lack of interest, it was because bashers would go in there and trash the sequals and then noone would WANT to come back. I think that if a new forum was made for the series it would be pretty popular considering how many threads are made about them when we have a general Matrix thread, but oh well. All i want to know is why the LOTR forum is still up, I go in there and there is barely any activity, but whatever.

It died because all the regulars left after Revolutions.

Bashers didnt make them leave...About a week after revolutions the forum was dead. The LOTR forum is still up because it is still popular..It is almost at 10,000 posts and the EE's are coming out soon.

Your probably right, all that I remember is that when I signed up there were alot there, but soon bashers started showing up, and then everyone was gone. I don't know the reason why they left, so you may be right.

I was there the whole time it was there, the bashers came after reloaded but the regulars didnt leave, it wasnt the bashers that made them leave, they left on there own.

Becuase there are less here, and most of you aren't "bashers" which imo are people who hate for no reason, or at least wont give any if asked. Also I have grown in my knowledge of the matrix trilogy, I am now at a point where I feel that I can discuss it the way I should, I can stand up for my opinion and defend it when necessary.
