Does anyone know who this guy is? I've wondered since I first saw TPM. He looks so cool. I want to know why Aura Sing got made into such a big character and this guy didn't. Does anyone even know his name?

He looks cheap, but good. Lucas gives all his extras names and backgrounds, surely this guy must have one. I think he looks like a bounty hunter.

That's Axon Kryt. He IS a bounty hunter, as Spiderman2k suggested, and he's from a planet called Tarmonia, which is a sunless planet, thus explaining his pallid complexion and the need for that bodysuit. Tarmonians are known to live for up to six hundred years, but this guy is only 125 years old. Also, although he's a bounty hunter, he does not do any business with Jabba since Tarmonians have had an ongoing feud with the Hutts going back thousands of years.

Actually, I just made that all up. I have no idea who he is. Sorry.
