*says Legolas before anyone else gets the chance*

Although dressing Gimli up as santa could have its merrits :D

Hobbits - Smoking
dwarves - Drinking.... a lot.
Elves - Probably spend it remembering the events of the very first christmas and how it proves men are week.

I'd like to spend it with Aragorn, seeing as how he's my imaginary husband. :D I think Hobbits have special town feasts for Christmas, the biggest one obviously being in Michel Delving. Dwarves used to go to Moria, but the real estate there has really gone down the drain. ;) Wizards fly back and forth from different places, doing their fireworks bonanza. Elves--who knows? Probably drinking their secret brews in Rivendell!

Who wants to come and decorate the party tree?

we need to get an Angel on the top of the party tree. We either need a really big ladder or an elf.

I will also say the whole fellowship, and you all of course, I wish you all a safe and happy holiday for you and those you love.

I would spend Xmas at Edoras because it seems like a perfect XMAS location with the snowy mountains and all.

Merry Christmas all!!! ~sprays everything with snow from the Enchanted SnowMaker (TM)~

Actually i would spend christmas at Minas Tirith. I would then decorate the tree of Gondor and put christmas lights all over the city. I would then have the largest christmas feast ever in Middle Earth, inviting the people of Rohan, the Gondorions, Trolls, orcs, Hobbits, wizards, elves, and the eagles. That would be pretty awesome.:D

I'd spend Christmas in Rivendell, most likely. It's so beautiful and I can't think of a better atmosphere to spend Christmas. It's different, sure, but I think it's wonderful. :D

Yes it does. When Frodo is on his way back to The Shire in the books there's snow and frost on the ground.
