Can't figure out what movie this was from.

Well, all I remember from this movie was this woman saying "...in a major ****ing way..." in reference to her being engaged I believe. I think somebody noticed her ring, and says oh you're engaged, then she says, in a major ****ing way!

Anybody remember this?

Well, start imagining actresses saying it, and after awhile you might come up with the one that actually said it, and then your brain will begin to fill in the rest.

At least that's how it works for me.
