Dude there are so many classic matches. I am a huge fan of the original Undertaker/Foley Hell in a Cell match where Foley went off of the side. There was also the Foley and HHH match at Royal Rumble where Foley got pedigreed on a bed of tacks.
The final Bret Hart match against HBK in the WWE at Survivor Series with the major Screwjob ending was also classic. The clash of the champions between Ultimate Warrior (IC Champ) and Hulk Hogan (World Champ) was another great match. These are just a few of the matches that I can think of of the top of my head. There are a number of other great matches that I would consider great. It is too hard to name just one great match.

Oh another great choice or even the three-ways between Hardy's, Dudley's and Edge adn Christian.
I still remember the first Raw telecast on then TNN with HArdys vs. E&C in a LAdder Match where Edge did a spear 10 ft. above the ring it was amazing.

the lion cage match with ken Shamrock and some dude.I never watched it cuz I don't have PPV but it seemed pretty cool....
The TLCs, and the table one between the Hardys and Dudleys at a Royal Rumble.
Another good one was at a Survivor Series, I think 1989 - Ultimate Warrior, the Rockers and some other guy vs. Andre the Giant, the Brainbusters (I think - Arn Anderson was deifnitely there) and Bobby Heenan. I think it went to Ultimate Warrior against the last 3, or at least 2, but in the end he got his way with Heenan. Well funny.

I'm more a fan of the old NWA/WCW. Any match that involved Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat was a classic. But if I had to pick one match, ti would probably be the first world title match with Sting vs. Ric Flair, ending with Sting's first World Heavyweight Championship. It was all action, all attitude, and the combined skills of 2 of the all-time greatest ring technicians/performers.
Aside from that, I'd put up the 7-match series for the WCW Television Championship between Chris Benoit and Booker T. Again, for the same reasons as Sting/Flair. It really made Booker as a singles' champion wrestler (and I really wish WWE would let him have a legit chance at the world title!).

That's the one match that has lived in my mind since I watched it, I don't think I haved seen any other fight live up to expectations as much as that. IMO these two men are some of the best we'll ever see and nothing will ever beat that fight

also the hell in a cell match with undertaker v mankind was amazing except when some ******* shouts at poor old mick when he is being taken down away on a stretcher when he is thrown off the cell, he says "finish the match mick!", some on man he just FELL OFF THE CELL, give him a break......

Definetly Wrestlemania 6, Ultimate Warrior Vs. Hulk Hogan. Greatest match ever.
And the Christian/Rob Van Dam ladder match from a few months ago was pretty damn sweet.
