The picture looks cool except for the 'prepare for'. Unfortunately we already know this is "never" going to happen.
No offence to whoever made it, but I could bang out the same thing in 5 minutes on PhotoShop. But still, parts of it look cool.

Whats up with the smoke?
is the Matrix on fire or something?
Or does Neo and Morpheus design a new pill that you smoke in "The Matrix Reconstructed".
Fanible
10-30-2003, 03:45 PM
Um... ha?
I like the smoke actually. That poster is cool, I just don't like how it's off center.

The smoke makes it look unprofessional. Almost kiddie like.
Lose the smoke and she would look sleek and stuff. Like a real Matrix poster.

If it was a prequel, it wouldn't make much sense. Unless it's based around the time where the first Matrix's were chaos and needed to be reprogrammed to the misery world we now have.

He can't be doing it for anything but fun. There's no one funding it. He's just doing his part by being a fan and tryin to be cool. Imagination and whatnot.
As a fan of the Matrix I say cudos for making some fan stories, but... Ehhh... You've got to have a pretty smashing idea for the whole reconstructing of the chaos matrix... Matrix Version 1.0 if you will.
Good luck.

Well, the whole ~mysterious~ act is pretty creepy. Maybe its because Halloween is tomorrow:) .
There have been plenty of dorks doing the 'mysterious' thing. I remember one dude that always posted equations and a bunch of bull, and said it was stuff we had to figure out. lol Its nothing new.

Our job is not to make the audience waste his time, our job is to entertain (as best as we can) We're not here to prove anything, we're just here to entertain the ones that want to believe, nothing more...
As you already know "The Matrix Reconstructed" is based on the story created by Larry and Andy Wachowsky, it means that the story will stay faithful to the trilogy. All that I can tell you for the moment is that "The Matrix Reconstructed" was also concepted as an "interactive adventure" (ia) in order to give you more informations to understand the trilogy...As you guess, nothing is official for the moment, but things are really on the good way, that's why I'm allowed to write these lines...
Thanx once again for your support, and sorry for my horrible english ;-)

For the moment "The Matrix Reconstructed" is a non-commercial Fan Project, (probably one of the biggest Fan Projects ever). Our goal is to make it official for all the fans, that's all...we don't want to do anything against law, we just want to give a piece of answer to the trilogy ;-)

What do you mean, "official for all the fans"? Do you mean you expect to get credibility due to popularity or something commercially?
I don't understand how something you make up will make us understand the trilogy better, especially since this is unofficial.
BRAHMS
10-31-2003, 12:47 AM
I'm not allowed to reveal the entire concept yet but if you really want to know more about it, you should investigate The Meaning Of Colours In Dreams...
Maybe it will give you another vision of The Matrix Trilogy and it will help you to understand The Matrix Reconstructed' plot...
Furthermore, a clue has been posted in The Matrix Reconstructed "preview" Site, will you find it ?

Sounds like a bunch of talk to me. Yadda yadda yadda...
Every retarded thread that has a beginning has an end.
Honestly, let the guys have some fun. Their not hurting anyone or trying to take anyones cash.
I'm not exactly sure what this is going to turn out to be but I wish it was official and a sequel of sorts to the trilogy.
I also kinda like the blue "code" their using..
I'd just like to know what storyline they could have come up with that would be interesting enough...?
BRAHMS
10-31-2003, 01:31 AM
Thanx for the kind words NEO.
As you guess, the "blue code" has a very significant meaning in The Matrix Reconstructed and we're glad you already like it.
Remember Morpheus lines in the first movie about the pills...
We will try to put news every month (at least) on the site, so stay connected => http://perso.wanadoo.fr/the-matrix-reconstructed/

my question is; how do you make this type of thing without seeing the entire Trilogy?
So basically what this is about is the machines trying to get people to forget the first "perfect" Matrix and get them back to thinking it was all a dream?
The Blue pill makes you forget and returns your mind to believing the Matrix is real doesn't it?
I wonder though if this includes the first ONE and further more if there will be a 7th One after the trilogy ends.

the reason why the code is green because the wachowski brothers wanted the audience to feel like they are looking through an old computer screen thats why the code is green and thats why when they are in the matrix there is a green glow to everything. and when they are in the real world they chose a blue tint to represent that the future is cold and bleak and stuff
http://home.att.ne.jp/iota/mfp/items/comuputerminal_s.jpg
the matrix code and the green matrix glow is based on these types of screens !

i found out about the secret page and password when this thread first started ... not that it's an accomplishment. you just get access to a hotmail account, and has one message in it already. i was just extremely bored. the site doesn't have much to offer, so i was tempted to change the email password and mess around with it. however, i didn't want to be so cruel and ruin the "oh joy" surprise for everyone. also, i wanted to give the site a chance before screwing things up. i don't think anyone really knows what this site's all about, or even if there's a purpose to it other than showing off some graphics skills.
